Where We Work

#Jurisdiction all over India

Jananeethi has jurisdiction all over India. However its services are mostly confined to the State of Kerala, more specifically the district of Thrissur that has a population of 3.2 million. Services through telephone calls, emails and other social media are provided to people around the world. Regular services are given to people who reside in Middle East for reasons of work/business whose families in Kerala need legal assistance or consultancy services. Jananeethi net-works with NGOs, Community Organizations or People’s Movements around the World on issues/topics of mutual interests/shared concerns.

We Help Many People

Jananeethi introduced the concept of litigation-free zone for the first time in India and proved that it was possible. The first litigation-free village in India made in 2000 in Thichoor village of Varavoor Panchayat in Thrissur district of Kerala. Jananeethi started negotiated settlement of disputes through mediation and clinical legal counseling as alternate dispute resolution (ADR) in 1992.
